December saw 1,623 real estate sales in the Emirate of Ajman totaling AED 2.78 billion, a 22% increase over the same month in 2024.
According to the Ajman Real Estate Index, 198 mortgage transactions exceeded AED339.8 million, while Al Jurf Industrial 2 had the highest transaction value at AED28 million, according to Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation.
Al Helio 2 was the most traded neighborhood, Emirates City Ajman spearheaded significant developments, and December saw record-breaking activity driven by growing direct demand, demonstrating the strength of Ajman’s real estate market.
