Blue Square Real Estate Developments, a well-established developer with a strong footprint across Lebanon, Egypt, Kuwait, and the wider GCC, has officially entered the UAE market with its debut project, Vayla Residences, located on Dubai Islands.
The project is an eight-storey residential building offering thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom apartments, along with a limited collection of one- to three-bedroom duplex residences tailored for contemporary urban living.
Blue Square was founded by a group of experienced real estate and business leaders with over three decades of regional expertise. Supporting its real estate operations is Future Scaffolding & Aluminium Industries, a Dubai-based firm specialising in the supply and installation of advanced formwork systems and aluminium structures for major projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
Although Vayla Residences marks the company’s first official project in the UAE, its founders have delivered several successful developments across the region. These include Albergo Suites in Beirut, a serviced residence connected to Hotel Albergo; Danny Residences, a fully sold-out boutique mountain project in Lebanon; Qatameya Coast Villa in Egypt, a luxury beachfront property; and Furjan Townhouses in Dubai, a boutique cluster of contemporary homes in Jebel Ali.
