Between January 4 and 8, 2026, the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice handled QAR 314,535,182 worth of real estate transactions in sales contracts.
The total trading value for the week is QAR 371.352 million, while the Real Estate Bulletin’s total sales contracts for residential units for the same period total QAR 56,817,055.
According to the Department’s weekly report, unoccupied land, homes, businesses, a hotel, and residential units have all been listed among the real estate properties traded for sale.
Al Rayyan, Doha, Al Daayen, Umm Salal, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Al Dhakhira, Al Shamal, Lusail 69, Al Wukair, The Pearl, Legtaifiya, Ghar Thuailib, Al Khuraij, and Al Mashaf were the municipalities with the highest concentration of sales.
Additionally, between December 28, 2025, and January 1, 2026, the Department of Real Estate Registration’s sales contract volume exceeded QAR 395 million.
