Through a new relationship with Emirates Developments, luxury hospitality brand Jumeirah is venturing into Abu Dhabi’s branded residential market, bringing upscale waterfront properties to Al Maryah Island.
The Jumeirah Residences Al Maryah Island project will have 253 units with one to five bedrooms. The development, which is situated close to The Galleria Mall and with a view of the canal, intends to provide a blend of upscale city living and private residential comfort in one of the most desirable areas in the capital.
This is Jumeirah’s second project in Abu Dhabi and a reflection of its expanding market share in the branded housing market in the UAE.
Located in the center of Abu Dhabi’s primary business and lifestyle district, the new homes will provide inhabitants with easy access to dining options, shopping, and waterfront promenades. Additionally, homes will include views of the Abu Dhabi skyline and Reem Island, which will increase their appeal to investors and end users looking for upscale urban addresses.
A Hilton-branded tower in Dubai and the couture-inspired Elie Saab building on Yas Island are just two of the branded residential projects that Emirates Developments has already completed around the United Arab Emirates.

A new phase for Abu Dhabi’s luxury housing market
Al Maryah Island is now a major center for business, waterfront lifestyle, and upscale shopping. In addition to providing buyers with access to Jumeirah’s hospitality-led lifestyle amenities in a residential environment, the inclusion of Jumeirah’s branded apartments enhances its reputation as a high-end residential destination.
