Dubai, UAE – Demonstrating strong confidence in the UAE’s economic outlook and the resilience of Dubai’s property market, JAD Global Real Estate Development has officially broken ground on its new residential project, JAD288, located in Jumeirah Garden City. The developer has also appointed Al Safa Contracting as the main contractor, marking the start of construction.
The launch of JAD288 is part of JAD Global’s broader growth strategy in Dubai’s real estate sector. With an estimated project value of over AED 400 million, the development increases the company’s active portfolio to around AED 2.2 billion, with projects spread across key areas such as Jumeirah Garden City, Al Jaddaf, and Jumeirah Village Circle.
JAD288 will feature 288 residential units spread across three buildings. The development focuses on enhancing residents’ quality of life through Neuroarchitecture principles, which highlight the connection between architectural design and human well-being.
Situated in Jumeirah Garden City, a fast-growing residential district in central Dubai, the project offers easy connectivity to major roads and public transport networks, including the Dubai Metro. It is also conveniently located near major landmarks such as the Museum of the Future, City Walk, and Dubai International Airport.
The project’s architectural design prioritizes natural light, calming materials, and efficient spatial planning to create comfortable and balanced living environments. These features aim to deliver both a high standard of living and long-term investment potential.
Commenting on the development, Mohammad Al Sheikh, CEO of JAD Global, said that the groundbreaking marks a key milestone for the company as the project moves from concept to construction.
