Barari Gate, a mixed-use residential complex next to the Al Barari neighborhood in Majan, Dubai, was unveiled by ADE Properties.
The developer unveiled the project’s design, concept, and commercial features at a launch event at Atlantis The Royal in Dubai, where it was formally introduced to the market.
Targeting end users and long-term investors looking for quality-driven developments in developing, well-connected areas, the development is ADE Properties’ most recent foray into Dubai’s mid-to-upper residential sector.
With 274 residential units ranging in size from 438 to 3,840 square feet, Barari Gate will have a total built-up area of 442,580 square feet.
The project, which is scheduled for completion in 2028, combines residential living with carefully chosen retail areas inside the same structure, providing inhabitants with both daily convenience and seclusion.
“Barari Gate represents an important step in ADE’s evolution,” said Mohammed Ahmad Al Dallal, the CEO of ADE Properties.
“It reflects our commitment to developing residences that are thoughtfully designed, well-positioned, and built with long-term value in mind. This project sets the tone for how we approach growth – measured, deliberate, and focused on quality,” he stated.
It further stated that the development’s pricing starts at AED670,000 ($182,400) and has a six-year payment plan with a 20% down payment and a 40% payment spread over three years after handover.
Floor-to-ceiling windows maximize natural light, and a gentle, organic architectural language characterizes the homes at Barari Gate. Some apartments have private pools built into the balconies, providing an urban living experience akin to a resort.
Infinity swimming pools, kids’ pools, basketball and padel courts, indoor and outdoor fitness centers, yoga and wellness spaces, saunas and jacuzzis, kid-friendly play zones, and running and cycling trails are among the amenities.
