Inaura, an urban fitness-driven hospitality and residential concept, has been unveiled by Arada. Sales of its first property, Inaura Downtown, are expected to begin by the end of January.
The core idea of Inaura is kinetic wellness, which seeks to incorporate daily wellbeing, balance, and movement into the beat of urban life.
The Sky Penthouse, a three-story, six-bedroom house, two duplex, five-bedroom Sky Villas, and a number of flats with one to four bedrooms will be among the 114 branded properties that make up Inaura Downtown in Downtown Dubai.
Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal Al Saud, Executive Vice Chairman of Arada, said, “Inaura reflects how people now want to live: connected to their environment and supported by spaces that foster momentum.”
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada, said,“This is the first in a series of kinetic wellness destinations designed to scale globally, combining rhythm, function and purpose to meet a growing demand for homes and hotels that prioritise movement, balance and everyday performance.”
