The second project in the Al Furjan community development, Evora Residences, has been launched by Anax Developments, a division of the Dubai-based investment firm Anax Holding.
According to a statement from the firm, the Evora Residences are expected to be finished in Q3 2026 and are intended to be a peaceful haven that embraces an urban lifestyle while offering first-rate access to the metropolis.
With ten residential levels and a variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, the tower combines modern elegance and contemporary design throughout its layout. Each apartment has a big balcony.
It will be situated in the quickly expanding, verdant Al Furjan neighborhood, just a short distance from Legoland, IMG Worlds of Adventure, and Ibn Battuta Mall, among other famous sites in Dubai.
In front of VIP visitors, stakeholders, and media representatives, the project was launched at a first-of-its-kind gala event held at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel.
The skyscraper, according to Anax, exemplifies its motto of “Live Large” by embracing an abundant and impactful existence.
The idea is expanded to include designing areas with a purpose so that people can live well, benefit from significant investments, and have access to a wide range of amenities.
With pricing starting at AED1,068,777 ($290,959) for one-bedroom flats, Evora Residences will provide an end-user-focused 30/70 payment plan, according to the statement.
With solar panels to support energy usage and the highest standards of Smart Home Automation, Evora Residence also makes sure that sustainability is a major component of modern conveniences and peaceful living.
Amenities created to improve the quality of life will be available to residents. According to the statement, every unit has high-end fixtures including Bosch kitchen appliances and Teka sanitary ware.

In the following year, Anax hopes to bring a total project value of $1 billion to the market through its pipeline of planned projects, he continued.
