In February 2026, Dubai will host PropTech Connect’s Middle East debut, bringing one of the fastest-growing real estate technology conferences in the globe to the emirate at a time when digital change is changing real estate markets all over the world.
Real estate meets technology at scale
Developers, owners, operators, brokers, occupiers, proptech companies, AI experts, and investors will all be present at the conference. The volume of participation, according to the organizers, is intended to foster direct involvement, with thousands of one-on-one meetings conducted over the course of the two-day event through specialized platforms.
The goals of Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33, which prioritizes digital innovation in efforts to quadruple the size of the economy and boost the emirate’s competitiveness internationally, are supported by hosting the regional version. Additionally, it supports the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033, which intends to increase the sector’s total contribution to economic growth while enhancing market efficiency, data integration, and transparency.
Focus on data, AI and market efficiency
Over 60 panel talks encompassing the residential, hospitality, commercial, industrial, development, and asset management categories will take place on five different platforms during the program. 50 case studies from global markets, 25 workshops, and private meetings centered on real-world uses of blockchain, artificial intelligence, and data analytics in real estate operations will supplement these events.
In order to link entrepreneurs with institutional investors and worldwide technology leaders, PropTech Connect will also feature two display zones and organized networking areas. According to the organizers, the format aims to facilitate focused collaboration throughout the value chain and go beyond simple talk.
Dubai chosen for global expansion
With over 200 presenters from top real estate, investment, and technology institutions in Europe, the US, Asia, and the Middle East, PropTech Connect is regarded as one of the fastest-growing real estate technology conferences in the world. After discussions with the Dubai Land Department, Dubai was chosen as the first location in the conference’s worldwide development plan.
