Livia Residences, a six-story building with 71 apartments in Dubai South, is the debut project of Barco Developers, a new real estate business in the United Arab Emirates.
According to a statement from the company, this is a part of its ambitious plans to build more than 2 million square feet of community-focused homes in Dubai and other emirates.
AED555,000 ($151,093) is the beginning price of Livia Residences, a modern, lifestyle-focused community that redefines the concept of “Curated Living” with its large interiors, smart layouts, and more than 20 premium amenities. It is anticipated that the project will be completed in Q4 2027.
Announcing the launch, Safdar Badami, the Co Founder at Barco Developers, said: “Our mission is to redefine what community living means for the UAE’s growing population. With Livia Residences, we wanted to create more than just homes, we are building an environment where modern architecture, smart technology and lifestyle conveniences come together seamlessly.”

Livia Residences represents the first milestone in our journey of developing communities in growing pockets of Dubai and RAK where the exceptional becomes the standard,” he added.
The architecture of Livia Residences, which features a contemporary glass façade, manicured surroundings, and interiors with 3-meter-high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and fully functional kitchens, was inspired by Los Angeles and combined with Dubai pragmatism.
According to the developer, every property has smart home technologies installed for climate control, lighting, and curtains to ensure efficiency and comfort.
A vast array of amenities will be available to residents in areas designated for productive, family, leisure, and active living. A swimming pool, yoga deck, golf turf, running track, outdoor movie theater, children’s play areas, pet area, co-working spaces, and Wi-Fi-enabled communal areas are among the highlights, which are all backed by round-the-clock smart security, the statement said.
