On Wednesday, Reportage Properties officially announced the 348-unit “Plaza” project in Masdar City.
The project will expand the firm’s portfolio of initiatives in Masdar City, one of the world’s greenest metropolitan areas.
The CEO of Reportage Properties, Islam Ahmed Suleiman, emphasized the company’s eagerness to grow its business in Masdar City and create more environmentally friendly real estate projects, which incorporate cutting-edge technologies, smart services, and sustainable solutions that will help reduce energy and water consumption as part of its effort to adhere to environmental preservation standards.
“The Abu Dhabi real estate market is witnessing remarkable activity during this period amid an increasing demand for quality projects that provide excellent services to buyers,” Suleiman said.
“This reinforced the company’s plans to keep launching new projects in Abu Dhabi,” he added.
According to him, the company’s projects in Abu Dhabi or Dubai were in high demand, which led to the development of the “Plaza” project.
“There is a robust demand for buying real estate in Reportage Properties’ projects in Masdar City, which is a model for sustainable urban development,” he said.
The Oasis Residence 1, which offers 612 apartments, Oasis Residence 2, which includes about 304 residential units, The Gate, which adds 463 apartments, and Leonardo Residence, which includes 177 apartments in Masdar City and was completed more than two years ago, are among the projects by Reportage Properties in the city.
There are 348 residential units total in the “Plaza,” including 154 studios, 96 one-bedroom apartments, and 57 two-bedroom apartments. The project also features 41 4-bedroom townhouses for the first time in Masdar City.
According to Suleiman, the 110,000 sq ft “Plaza” is notable for its key position connecting the main roadways and is surrounded by parks, schools, mosques, banks, and shops.
Along with 422 covered parking places, 9 huge elevators, a pet area, 3 large and double-height lobbies, play areas, green spaces, a bicycle parking area, and an outdoor table tennis court, the project also includes swimming pools for adults and children, a BBQ area, and a gym.
The project offers fully furnished apartments with internal cabinets, balconies in accordance with the unit plan, double-glazed windows, storage units, mirrors, and fiber-optic connections for high-speed internet.
Suleiman claimed that due to its unique offerings and simple payment options, the project is anticipated to draw in a range of new customer categories.
15 projects in the UAE portfolio of Reportage Properties total more than 6,500 residential units in Abu Dhabi and Dubai’s prime investment locations.
The Monte Napoleone project, which has 5,500 residential units and is 465,000 square meters in size, was introduced by Reportage Properties in Egypt last year.
