Dubai Precast, a specialist in prefabricated construction components and part of Singapore-based NSL Group of Companies, has been awarded a comprehensive precast building system contract for a residential development in Meydan, Dubai.
The contract covers the design, supply, delivery, and installation of precast structural components for 93 G+2 townhouses and two villas, reinforcing the company’s growing footprint in the UAE’s residential construction sector.
As part of the scope, Dubai Precast will provide key structural elements including external sandwich panels, solid walls, columns, beams, staircases, hollow-core slabs, solid slabs, and boundary walls. These solutions are designed to enhance construction efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards.
The project will involve approximately 18,500 cubic meters of reinforced concrete and 39,000 cubic meters of hollow-core slabs, marking a significant volume milestone for the company’s regional operations.
According to NSL Group, the design phase is currently in progress, with production scheduled to begin shortly. Installation activities are expected to be completed by Q4 2026.
