Bahrain – Diyar Al Muharraq, a prominent real estate development firm in Bahrain, has declared the end of secondary infrastructure construction at Mozoon, a significant project with residential plots overlooking the primary water canal of the integrated residential metropolis.
According to the schedule, work started in August of last year and was finished within a year, according to a statement from Diyar Al Muharraq.
On all Mozoon secondary infrastructure projects, Hafeera Contracting served as the primary contractor, and Aecom served as the project’s managing consultant.
Mozoon, which was introduced in March 2021, consists of inner plots that reflect contemporary city life as well as waterfront residential plots with views of the main water canal of the integrated residential metropolis. Potential purchasers can purchase it with plots starting at 320 sq m.
According to the statement, Mozoon is a recent freehold project by Diyar Al Muharraq, and this newest milestone marks the end of the project’s foundational infrastructure.
In addition to building power substations and restoring drinking water, the scope of work includes paving and lighting roads, extending electrical and telecommunications networks, and upgrading sewage and rainfall systems.
On the timely work completion, Diyar Al Muharraq CEO Engineer Ahmed Ali Alammadi, said “This once again demonstrates the high-quality standards we consistently adopt across all of our projects.”
“Mozoon offers luxury freehold residential plots for both citizens and residents of the kingdom, ensuring that we cater to a wider segment of buyers seeking to experience living in a modern, sustainable and integrated city,” he stated.
Diyar Al Muharraq, according to Al Ahmmadi, is the largest integrated residential metropolis in the country, providing a range of housing options and an opulent modern way of life while upholding the fundamental family values of Bahraini society.
“It is equipped with a number of facilities that meet residents’ daily needs, including but not limited to: mosques, parks, commercial complexes, hotels, schools, and universities,” he added.
The integrated residential city, which is situated in Muharraq’s northern region, spans a vast 12 sq km area, with seven reclaimed islands totaling 10 sq km, 40 km of waterfronts, and lovely sandy beaches.
