Misr Italia Properties (MIP) has reported the launch of two new stages in IL BOSCO, its flagship project in the New Administrative Capital (NAC), named The Park and The Cliff.
The report came during a press conference held to celebrate the handover of the first phase of IL BOSCO, making Misr Italia Properties the first private sector developer to handover in the NAC.
The new launches feed to a wider segment of the company’s customers, by giving more options to select from.
The Park presented Architec and Architec+ Buildings with extravagance apartments that provide state-of-the-art smart housing solutions for a more compelling and eco-friendly lifestyle, and which are dated to be handover by 2024.

For the first time in IL BOSCO, Misr Italia Properties has launched the Sky Villas on top floors, Garden Villas on the ground floor and first floor, and Garden Terrace Apartments with areas from 161sqm to 315sqm.
