According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 458 sales transactions worth AED2.01 billion on Tuesday, along with 98 mortgage deals for AED1.29 billion and 65 gift deals totaling AED851.86 million.
The sales included 74 land plots worth AED1.22 billion and 384 villas and apartments totaling AED786.6 million.
The mortgages covered 18 land plots at AED1.15 billion and 80 villas and apartments worth AED135.24 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED4.1 billion.
