The sale of the two most expensive residential properties in the Emirate of Ajman has been completed, according to Al Zorah Real Estate Development, a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International. These properties are a beachfront penthouse and an opulent waterfront palace located in Al Zorah City, close to the much-anticipated Four Seasons Al Zorah Resort.
The increasing desire for Al Zorah’s integrated seaside lifestyle, which combines outstanding location, low-density urban planning, high-quality design, and sustainable investment value, is reflected in these record transactions as well as the emirate’s luxury real estate market.
A new record for residential properties in Ajman was achieved in the first transaction, which involved the sale of an opulent five-bedroom beachfront castle within the Sea Glints Mansions complex for over AED 30.8 million. Situated on a 14,000 square foot plot, the palace boasts a built-up area of 7,338 square feet and luxurious finishes such as marble flooring, custom-designed woodwork, fully landscaped gardens with a private pool and jacuzzi, and kitchens and bathrooms furnished with cutting-edge smart home systems and international brands.
The planned Four Seasons Al Zorah Resort is very next to the seven upscale seaside palaces that make up the Sea Glints Mansions project. It just took home the Arabian Property Awards 2025–2026 Best Residential Development (2–9 Units) – Ajman title.
Additionally, the company reported that a four-bedroom penthouse in the AED 9 million Sea Line Residences project, a luxurious waterfront residential building in Al Zorah City’s tourism sector, had been sold. The 4,612-square-foot penthouse features large indoor and outdoor living areas, high ceilings, direct beach access, and expansive views of the sea. Only 99 residential units make up the project, which is expected to be delivered in December 2026.
George Saad, Chief Executive Officer of Al Zorah Real Estate Development, stated,
“These exceptional sales reflect the growing confidence in Al Zorah’s vision, which places nature at the heart of urban planning and offers an integrated coastal living model that combines design quality and long-term value for residents and investors.”
Situated on 5.4 million square meters of protected coastal landscape, Al Zorah City is characterized by an environmentally sustainable urban plan that includes integrated sports and recreational facilities, such as Al Zorah Golf and Yacht Club, which has an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Nicklaus Design, a yacht marina, and an anticipated beach club, in addition to a natural mangrove reserve spanning one million square meters.
Al Zorah’s standing as one of the most well-known up-and-coming residential and investment locations in the United Arab Emirates has been strengthened by this urban and environmental integration, which has drawn a varied base of buyers and inhabitants from various nationalities.
