Dubai’s leading real estate developers have reaffirmed their commitment to delivering projects on schedule despite ongoing regional geopolitical tensions, highlighting the continued strength and stability of the emirate’s property sector.
Azizi Developments reported Dh2 billion in sales during its Ramadan campaign, reflecting sustained investor appetite and strong end-user demand across residential offerings. Group CEO Farhad Azizi emphasized that Dubai’s real estate market continues to demonstrate global resilience, supported by long-term planning and a stable operating environment—even during regional uncertainties.
Meanwhile, Sobha Realty confirmed it has received the Building Completion Certificate for Sobha Crest Grande, a development comprising 985 residential units. Managing Director Francis Alfred noted that handovers will proceed as scheduled, reinforcing buyer confidence and reflecting the trust investors place in Dubai’s property sector 🏙️
Binghatti Holding also reported uninterrupted construction progress across its portfolio, with cancellation rates remaining below one percent—consistent with historical trends. Since late February, the developer has achieved average weekly sales of approximately Dh500 million, maintaining strong performance levels similar to the pre-conflict period.
Chairman Muhammad Binghatti highlighted the company’s integrated development strategy—from land acquisition through delivery—as a key factor enabling efficient execution, cost control, and consistent project advancement despite market volatility.
Chief Financial Officer Shehzad Janab added that strong liquidity reserves, disciplined capital rotation, and diversified project pipelines position the company well to sustain operations even during prolonged market cycles.
Notably, nearly 90% of Binghatti’s units scheduled for handover in 2026 are already sold, further reflecting strong investor confidence and continued demand across Dubai’s dynamic real estate landscape 📈
