On the second day of Cityscape Dubai, Sobha Realty unveiled Sobha Hartland II, another master-planned mixed-use property.
The famous project spans an area of eight million square feet and is situated in a highly advantageous place close to Sobha Hartland. It has 90 acres of open space and greenery, five- to six-bedroom villas, and studio to four-bedroom apartments, all of which provide ultra-luxurious living within a secure gated community.
“The project is expected to be completed in 2025. Delivery for villas and apartments is expected to commence in the second and fourth quarter of 2025, respectively,” according to a Sobha Realty statement on Tuesday.
