Empire Lake Views, the company’s sixth significant residential project in Dubai, has officially begun construction.
The recently unveiled residential tower, which is ideally situated between Academic City and Dubai Silicon Oasis, will have 31 stories and 634 modern apartments, comprising studios, one- and two-bedroom layouts, and six unique three-bedroom duplexes.
Empire Lake Views, which has a built-up area of 750,000 square feet, was created with both practicality and aesthetic appeal in mind. Its four levels of creatively constructed parking are a distinctive feature that improves convenience and boosts the tower’s visual identity.
Every residential unit has modern interiors, fully functional kitchens, smart-home systems, and large window designs that maximize natural light.
A higher degree of contemporary luxury will be introduced to the Liwan community with the addition of private balcony pools to a few premium units.
More than sixteen first-rate amenities, such as an indoor movie theater, a box cricket facility, a mini-golf course, a basketball court, kid-friendly activity zones, a cutting-edge fitness center, wellness areas, and an infinity pool, are included in a full leisure floor.

Nine high-speed elevators will support the skyscraper, allowing inhabitants to move around the structure efficiently.
