You no longer have to go to a police station in the Emirate if you needed a police report in Ajman, whether it was for a financial matter or to record a small fight.
This month, the Ajman Police unveiled a brand-new service called “waiver of the report,” which is available via the Ajman Police mobile app. The service eliminates the requirement for acquiring a paper copy of a police report from the police department. You can pay for the police report online and obtain an electronic copy of it, which you can then utilize.
Here is how you can apply for the service
- Get the “Ajman Police” mobile app, which is compatible with both Apple and Android smartphones.
- Select “waive of the case,” which is the service’s name on the app, after logging in with your UAE Pass.
- You will be prompted to enter your personal mobile number in order to confirm your identification. A one-time password (OTP) will then be sent to your phone through SMS.
- Type the verification code, then launch the service.
- Provide information about the incident for which you need a report, including the police station that is closest to the occurrence, your name, nationality, and the justification for your request.
- After electronically signing the form, you must click “Submit.”
- You will be required to pay the fee of Dh50 for the services.
- You will get a text message with a link to download the report once the payment has been approved.
