Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al-Kharafi & Sons have been appointed by Dubai South Properties to construct The Pulse Beachfront Villas Community, which is located in Dubai South’s Residential District.
Within months of launching The Pulse Beachfront on the freehold market, Dubai South Properties sold out all 788 residential villas and townhouses that were available in three phases. The achievement is a continuation of the master developer’s previous remarkable results, proving the high demand for flats in Dubai South’s Residential District.
Pulse Beachfront is a Dh900 million development with units ranging in size from 2,600 to 4,800 square feet of living space and individual gardens ranging from 1,700 to 5,000 square feet. Three, four, and five-bedroom villas and townhouses make up the project’s residential units.
