One of the top real estate firms in the United Arab Emirates, AARK Developers, has announced the opening of Sora Beach Residences, a historic AED4 billion ($1.08 billion) development on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah.

According to the Emirati developer, Sora Beach Residences, which span 1.8 million square feet and offer direct access to a private 1,000-foot beach, are intended to offer an unmatched lifestyle experience. This guarantees exclusivity and tranquillity.

Sora Beach Residences’ architectural genius is spearheaded by Nikken Sekkei, a well-known Japanese company known for its avant-garde creations.

Every unit in the project has a view of the Arabian Gulf without any obstructions thanks to the seamless integration of the residences with their natural surroundings.

Every residence comes completely equipped, with interior designs by the renowned Shalini Misra Design that combine contemporary style with practical luxury. It said that Sora Beach Residences is a true masterpiece of luxury living, with carefully chosen materials, color schemes, and layouts that create an elegant yet cozy living space.

Beyond its gorgeous architecture and ideal location, Sora Beach Residences provides a luxurious and all-encompassing lifestyle.

It also stated that this project aims to redefine luxury waterfront living by providing residents and investors with a one-of-a-kind chance to own a piece of paradise in one of the most sought-after locations in the United Arab Emirates.

According to a senior official, there has been a tremendous amount of interest in the project from both domestic and foreign investors.
