The opening of Damac Bay by Cavalli has been formally declared by Damac Properties. The 42-story, three-tower building, with an aesthetic created by the renowned Cavalli brand, aims to introduce residents to the pleasures of luxurious seaside living.
Damac Bay, which is part of Dubai Harbour, is decorated with designs like seashells, pearls, and zebrafish both inside and out. Its sleek exterior is designed to evoke the serenity of ocean waves.
Damac Bay’s towers are emphasized by a bridge that spirals across its rooftops in the style of Cavalli. Throughout the development’s master plan, the property provides inhabitants with a range of housing options, from one-bedroom flats to five-bedroom super-luxury duplexes.
Niall McLoughlin, senior vice-president of Damac, applauded the launch, stating: “Our goal with Damac Bay was to bring the wonders of maritime bliss closer to residents than ever before. The property has been constructed in a way all residents can equally enjoy a luxurious, convenient lifestyle accented by the tranquillity of the sea.”

Luxury one, two, and three-bedroom flats are available from the second to 32nd floors, allowing tenants to take advantage of the convenience of living by the sea. Units ranging in size from 3-bedroom to 5-bedroom duplexes are available on the 33rd to 42nd floors and are carefully designed to offer a beautiful beachfront lifestyle.
Residents of Damac Bay will have access to a private beach with white sand, a variety of dining options, and the Cavalli Lounge on the property. The three-tower complex has also been constructed to give each unit a stunning view of the ocean.
The lobby of Damac Bay serves as the entrance to the building. It is adorned with tall glass windows and has an aesthetic inspired by the beauty of the sea.
The podium level of the towers offers a maritime escape with a beautifully designed water maze and snorkeling adventures farther into the property.
