With a gross development value of more than $1 billion, Select Group, a prominent real estate developer, has announced that Arabian Construction Company (ACC) has been given the construction contract for its renowned ultra-luxury project, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina.
The ultra-luxurious 122-story building, which is ideally situated in the bustling Dubai Marina district, epitomizes urban sophistication.
With breathtaking panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Harbour Beachfront, Emirates Golf Course, Dubai Marina, Blue Waters, and Ain Dubai, it provides residents with an unmatched wellness and lifestyle experience.
Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina sets a new standard for residential health and wellness with its more than 61,000 square feet of state-of-the-art fitness centers, dedicated longevity facilities, and landscaped social areas.

He added that the partnership between Select Group and ACC solidifies the commitment to deliver one of the city’s most recognizable architectural wonders, with main construction set to resume on November 1 and completion scheduled for 2028.
