Dubai’s real estate market has witnessed another landmark transaction with the sale of an off-plan luxury apartment worth Dh422 million ($115 million), making it the third most expensive apartment sale ever recorded in the emirate.
The property is located in Aman Residences Dubai in Jumeirah 2, an ultra-luxury development by H&H Development. According to data from the Dubai Land Department, the apartment spans approximately 31,200 square feet (2,898 square metres) and features six bedrooms along with eight dedicated parking spaces. The deal reflects an average price of around Dh13,525 per square foot.
The record-setting sale comes at a time of rising geopolitical tensions in the region. However, Dubai’s property sector continues to demonstrate strong resilience, with sustained demand from global investors—particularly within the ultra-prime luxury segment.
Despite market uncertainties in some regions, Dubai remains a preferred destination for high-net-worth buyers seeking premium real estate and lifestyle investments.
The Dh422 million transaction now ranks among the highest-value apartment deals in the city. The most expensive apartment ever sold in Dubai was recorded in 2025, when a residence at Bugatti Residences by Binghatti sold for Dh550 million. The second-highest transaction occurred in 2023, when a unit at Como Residences by Nakheel was purchased for Dh500 million.
This latest deal further highlights the continued appeal of Dubai’s luxury property market and the growing demand for ultra-exclusive residences in prime locations across the emirate.
