Wynn Resorts, Limited has unveiled fresh photos of Wynn Al Marjan, a high-end gaming resort that is presently being built in Ras Al Khaimah.
The 62-hectare beachfront resort, which will be the first gaming resort in the MENA region, will be constructed on the island in collaboration with Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding.

A team comprising more than ninety architects, designers, and visionaries is working on Wynn Al Marjan.
“Historically, the area around Ras Al Khaimah was a beacon for navigation and important trade on the Arabian Gulf. Early travelers through the gulf relied upon this tented settlement as a trade landmark between the Arabian Gulf and the Arabian Sea,” said Todd Lenahan, President and Chief Creative Officer of Wynn Design and Development.
“We designed the 300-meter-tall resort tower with Ras Al Khaimah’s historic role as a great navigational sentinel in mind. We hope this becomes a new landmark, a new beacon, for travelers to Ras A Khaimah from across the globe,” he added.
With 1,542 rooms and suites, including 22 opulent Villa Estates along the recently renovated marina, the resort offers plenty of space for swimming pools, water features, and private cabanas. Its expansive poolscape spans 3.6 hectares.
22 distinct dining, lounge, and bar options are available to guests; each is thoughtfully crafted to provide guests with stunning views of the beach and other experiences.
The resort also features a 15,000-square-meter shopping area with the best luxury boutiques in the world. A 7,500-square-meter meetings and events center, complete with outdoor event terraces and lawns, will serve as the venue for gatherings, conventions, and weddings. A five-star spa will provide wellness experiences.
Wynn Al Marjan is scheduled to open to the public in 2027; construction on the project started in 2023.
