To provide contract management and site supervision consulting services for the construction of a significant residential project being developed in the kingdom’s East Hidd Village, Bahrain’s Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning has invited bids from qualified consultants.
284 social apartment units in the A2, C1, and C2 as well as in the 05, 06, 11 & 14 plots within East Hidd Village will be part of this massive project, which is being funded by the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Only certified engineering consultants holding a Category “A” license from the Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions (CRPEP), Kingdom of Bahrain, are permitted to participate in the bids, according to the notice posted on the Bahrain Tenders website.
The winning consulting group will finish the project work in full within two years, according to the ministry. May 8 is the date that bids must be submitted by.
