Located on the south of glamorous Downtown Dubai, Business Bay is a mix of residential, commercial, and business centers, all in one. It offers the best environment to the local businesses as well as to the international businesses. It has upwards of 240 buildings that comprise commercial as well as residential.
It covers a total of about 46.9 million square feet out of which 22.1% is taken for residential, 18.55% for commercial use and the remaining 59.4% for mixed usage.
This is considered the fastest developing area in Dubai. Business Bay is an emerging area in the center of the city situated between Al Khail and Shaikh Zayed roads. The promising neighborhood is a collection of residential and commercial buildings, many of which are still under construction including a few upscale hotels like The Oberoi Dubai and The Taj Dubai.
Business Bay already contains some pretty spectacular buildings. The JW Marriott Marquis Dubai Hotel is the world’s tallest hotel, a 72-storey, 355 m twin-tower skyscraper that cost a not unimpressive AED1.8 billion to build.
There are no schools yet but there are many in its neighboring communities.

The buildings in Business Bay witness great architect and majestic landscape gardens, enormous shopping malls that offer many facilities to the residents and the business people staying there. It has good public transport connectivity and also taxis are available there at any time.
Other than these activities residence apartments do have the facilities like a swimming pool, Gym, Steam, and Sauna. The commercial apartments too have some facilities like conference rooms and cafeteria.

- Scenic views are lacking, aside from some partial canal views and a small park near Executive Towers.
