The world’s tallest tower, the Burj Khalifa, will be joined by Princess Tower and Marina 101 as the three existing skyscrapers in Dubai. Danube Properties has unveiled Bayz101, a 101-level mega-tall tower, its tallest development project to date.
Danube Properties has announced its flagship project, Bayz101, marking the completion of ten years in business. This will be the company’s 28th real estate project. It will be situated near the Burj Khalifa in Business Bay. When the project is finished in 2028, 1,346 homes will be delivered.
With a 2.1 million square foot built-up area, Bayz101 provides a wide variety of living spaces, including retail establishments and studios to four-bedroom apartments. With studio units starting at Dh1.2 million, the project has a development value of over Dh3 billion.
Shanghai and Guangzhou are the next cities with the most towers with 100 stories after Dubai and Chicago combined.

Danube Properties’ project portfolio now includes 16,234 units from 28 projects, including Bayz101, with an ongoing development value of more than Dh18 billion.
With a trend-setting 1 percent monthly payment plan after the initial deposits, Danube Properties’ homes make home acquisition more appealing and affordable. Subject to government approval, Danube Properties grants homeowners who meet the investment criteria a 10-year Golden Visa.
