The landmark development is designed with several mixed-use pedestrian-friendly neighbourhoods offering panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.

DBB Contracting was given the contract by Nakheel in May to build a new road that would serve Palm Jebel Ali’s central area.

With major contracts given to well-known local and foreign construction experts, Palm Jebel Ali’s development has accelerated even more in Q3 and Q4 of 2024, it continued.
The 6.6-kilometer Jebel Ali Beach master plan calls for the development of a 1.6-kilometer Mangrove Beach by Dubai Municipality and a 5-kilometer sandy beach by Nakheel.

In October, three significant contracts totaling over AED5 billion were given out for the building of opulent, ultra-luxury villas on the first six fronds of Palm Jebel Ali. The projects are expected to be finished by the end of 2026.
According to Al Malik, the contracts, which were given to United Engineering Construction Company (UNEC), Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast, and Ginco General Contracting, represented a critical turning point in the continuous development of this iconic waterfront destination in Dubai.
In addition to the extensive development of top-notch infrastructure and lively public areas within the corresponding fronds on Palm Jebel Ali, it entails the construction of 723 opulent Beach Collection and Coral Collection villas with exclusive beach frontage spread across six fronds.
