Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) has introduced a new mortgage offering designed to provide eligible Emaar Development customers in Dubai with greater financing certainty for their property purchases. Under the new agreement, homebuyers can secure pre-approval for up to 50% of a property’s value, even before the completion and handover of off-plan units.
This initiative extends financing options across Emaar Development’s premium residential communities in Dubai, covering both ready and off-plan properties. A key feature of the offering is its annually renewable pre-approval structure. Initial pre-approval will remain valid for 12 months and can be renewed each year throughout the construction period, mitigating financing uncertainty as properties near completion.
ADCB will provide competitive interest or profit rates starting from 3.49% per annum, fixed for a period of three years. This rate is available for a limited time. Further enhancing the affordability of homeownership, eligible buyers will also benefit from a waiver of both processing and valuation fees, reducing the upfront costs typically associated with arranging property finance in Dubai.
The financing solution is intended to streamline the path to ownership by combining lower initial expenses with improved visibility over funding during the construction phase of off-plan developments. The application process itself is digitally enabled, supported by ADCB’s mortgage services, promising a more efficient and user-friendly experience for customers.
This partnership between a major developer and a prominent financial institution highlights a continuing trend in Dubai’s real estate market to make property acquisition more accessible. By enabling buyers to secure a substantial portion of their financing ahead of handover, the agreement provides crucial financial planning stability in a dynamic market environment.
