Sobha Realty is poised to achieve a new benchmark in Dubai’s residential market, targeting the handover of 6,819 homes in 2026. This extensive pipeline, valued at Dh21.6 billion, represents the developer’s largest annual delivery schedule to date and encompasses projects across five distinct developments in Dubai.
The announcement comes at a time when Dubai’s property sector continues to draw significant interest from both international investors and local end-users. A crucial factor influencing buyer decisions in the current market is the certainty of project completion timelines and a developer’s proven delivery capability. This focus underscores Sobha Realty’s strategic emphasis on execution.
Francis Alfred, Managing Director of Sobha Realty, commented on this significant milestone, stating, “Delivering over 6,000 units in a single year is a testament to Sobha Realty’s unwavering commitment to excellence, precision and customer satisfaction.” This statement reinforces the company’s dedication to meeting market demands and buyer expectations for timely and quality handovers.
Beyond these immediate delivery targets in Dubai, Sobha Realty has outlined ambitious expansion plans across the wider UAE. The developer is currently advancing a portfolio of 16 masterplans throughout the Emirates. Notable among these is the Dh50 billion Sobha Sanctuary project in Dubai, a large-scale development poised to significantly enhance the city’s luxury residential offerings. Furthermore, the company is preparing for its entry into the Abu Dhabi market with Sobha City, a planned Dh40 billion development that signals a strategic broadening of its footprint within the UAE’s burgeoning real estate landscape.
Sobha Realty’s concentrated efforts on both current deliveries in Dubai and future strategic expansions across the UAE highlight a robust operational strategy designed to capitalize on the region’s strong property market fundamentals and evolving buyer preferences for reliable project completion.
