Dubai South Properties has announced the successful sale of the final phase of South Bay, a one-of-a-kind development in the heart of Dubai South’s Residential District, just four hours after it went on sale.
The new launch follows the successful sale of all previously launched units across multiple phases, highlighting the high demand for properties in the area and the company’s strategic approach to project launch.
The new phase included 160 units divided into three and four-bedroom townhouses, as well as four and five-bedroom semi-detached villas.

Construction contracts for all phases have been awarded, and work is underway on-site.

Dubai South has been improving the Residential District’s amenities for the comfort and convenience of its tenants.

Additionally, a GEMS Founders School in Dubai South has begun student enrollment for the academic year 2024-2025, subject to KHDA approvals.
