A brand-new development called South Bay has been launched by Dubai South Properties. It will be situated along the Expo Road in The Residential District of Dubai South.
Ginco General Contracting has been appointed for a “significant contract” for the project, valued at AED1 billion.
200 luxurious waterfront houses, a 1-kilometer “crystal lagoon,” a 3-kilometer waterfront promenade, numerous beaches, parks, a clubhouse, and fitness facilities are also included in the proposal.
The townhouses and semi-detached villas have a built-up size ranging from roughly 2,900 to 5,500 square feet, with a mix of three, four, and five en-suite bedrooms, according to a statement released by Dubai South Properties.
The independent villas at the waterfront mansions, however, will have five, six, and seven bedrooms and a built-up space of between 9,000 and 14,000 square feet.
The shopping center, fitness centers, spas, kids’ clubs, water parks, swimming pools, waterfront cafés, a lake park, private beaches, and many other amenities are all easily accessible to South Bay residents.

It was revealed earlier this year that a school would open in The Residential District. By the end of this year, registration will likely be open for the British-style school.
A mosque, a petrol station, public parks, sports courts, retail stores, a Lulu hypermarket that opened in March of this year, retail shops and a public bus route connecting The Residential District to the Expo Metro station are among the additional amenities in The Residential District, the statement continued.
