In the highly sought-after 15 million square foot plot of land with 24 million square feet of GFA in the quickly developing Dubai South, Azizi Developments has signed a contract with KEO International Consultants for the masterplan consulting.

The brief provided to KEO details a one-of-a-kind, 2-kilometre-long air-conditioned, glass-covered, pedestrian-friendly boulevard that is to consist of shopping areas, commercial space, and restaurants serving a wide variety of the world’s cuisine.
In addition to the boulevard, many of the community’s homes and three- to five-star hotels will have direct access to the area’s big swimmable crystal lagoon with 3 kilometres of beach-like coastlines and unusual water features as well as its wide parks and rich greenery.
Additionally, because the project is a completely well-planned city, it will include schools, a hospital, cycling and jogging trails, and everything else residents and tourists might possibly need to meet their needs for convenience, leisure, health, and well-being. The recently bought property is well-located in the emirate’s expansion corridor and is a part of the prestigious Golf District in Dubai South. It is located next to Emirates Road (E611), which was constructed to connect the emirates and offer easy access to other important boulevards and tourist hotspots in Dubai.
Al Maktoum International Airport, also known as Dubai World Central DWC, is only a five-minute drive away, and the VIP Terminal is only a few minutes away. However, there is no air traffic above the region.
