The debut of Avida Residences, a posh waterfront community on Dubai Islands, has been announced by developer Iquna Properties and Devmark, the top real estate project sales and marketing consultant in the United Arab Emirates.
The project is the first residential endeavor from Avida, a company that is entering the real estate market with its philosophy of longevity and wellbeing.
The development incorporates wellness amenities designed by Avida Longevity, the Dubai-born innovator behind the cutting-edge Longevity Center in Jumeirah, and was brought to market by Devmark under the Avida brand.
