Dubai based leading property developer Damac Properties has announced renaming of its major community ‘Akoya’ as ‘Damac Hills 2’
Damac said in a statement to its residents, “AKOYA will now be called DAMAC Hills 2! And while the warmth and vibe of the community remains, you can look forward to more water, more sports and more fun all round!”
The community is a residential development set around a Tiger Woods Design golf course being developed by Damac Properties. The community is located 20 minutes from Umm Suqeim Street and right off Al Qudra Road, the community is still developing but many phases have been completed.
The community used to known as Akoya O2 to represent the main theme of an eco-friendly community, it is the first green residential address in Dubai.
