The value of real estate deals in the Dubai Land Department this week cost more than Dh3.3. Billion.
The department observed the registration of 856 pledges to Dh1.61 billion, containing 54 pledges of land, costing to Dh195.34 million, and 802 sales of apartments and villas, costing to Dh 1.41 billion.
The very important land sales, with a cost of Dh38 million, was in the Al Thaniyah 4 area, followed by a Dh17 million pledge in Al Barsha South of the Fifth District, then comes a pledge of Dh11 million in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens.
Nad Al Sheba, the third region, headed the regions in terms of the number of deals, as it recorded 20 pledges counting to Dh12 million and a third in Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens, with 5 deals of Dh41 million.
In respect to very important deals of apartments and villas, a pledge of Dh50 million came in the second Umm Hurair area, the crucial of which was followed by a sale of Dh44 million in the Palm Jumeirah area, and eventually a pledge of Dh30 million in the Al Thanyah Fourth area.
The Business Bay area was on the top in regions in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 113 sales of Dh114 million, then come Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens, with 74 pledges at Dh141 million, and then on third comes Dubai Marina, with 70 deals of Dh138 million.
And the loan recorded a cost of Dh1.41 billion, of which 85 loans of lands costing Dh831.71 million, the very important of which was in the top Umm Hurair area, costing Dh280 million, and other in Gezira 2, with the cost of Dh192 million.
As for donations, 98 donations cost at Dh323.03 million were provided, the most important of which was in Nad Al Sheba 2, with the cost of Dh45 million and other in the Al Thanya 4.
