The United Arab Emirates’ real estate market is set to feature prominently at a dedicated property showcase in Hyderabad, India, aiming to attract Indian investors to its robust and transparent environment. The two-day event, scheduled for October 31 to November 1, 2026, at JRC Conventions and Trade Fairs, is co-organised by The Times of India Group and UAE-based Global Edge Advertisements.
Support for the showcase comes from the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and several land authorities across the Northern Emirates, underscoring the UAE-wide focus of the initiative. Senior government representatives, developers, banking partners, and real estate experts are expected to participate, offering direct engagement opportunities for potential investors.
Nouf Khalid Saleh Humaid, Media Section Manager at the Marketing and Communications Department of the Dubai Land Department, highlighted Dubai’s sustained appeal. “Dubai’s real estate sector continues to strengthen its position as a leading global investment destination, supported by a transparent and well-regulated market, advanced digital services, diverse investment opportunities and growing confidence among investors worldwide,” Humaid stated. She added that the DLD’s focus remains on cultivating an investor-friendly real estate ecosystem that facilitates informed decisions and supports Dubai’s long-term growth.
Beyond the exhibition, the event will host the India-UAE Real Estate Forum. This forum will convene senior government officials and industry leaders to discuss the UAE’s evolving real estate landscape, its regulatory framework, and the broader investment environment. Key topics slated for discussion include freehold ownership, leasehold structures, long-term residency options such as the Golden Visa, property financing solutions, and the measures implemented by UAE authorities to ensure transparency, uphold quality standards, and maintain investor confidence across the sector.
Humaid further emphasised the role of such platforms in enhancing investor awareness and confidence by providing access to comprehensive information and a clearer understanding of Dubai’s regulatory environment and real estate dynamics. She noted their importance in deepening engagement with crucial international markets like India and fostering sustainable, long-term investment relationships.
Indian investors have historically played a significant role in the growth and diversification of the UAE’s real estate market. This sustained interest reflects the strong economic and investment ties between the two nations, coupled with Dubai’s stature as an attractive destination for investment, business, and long-term growth. The showcase specifically targets investors from Hyderabad and the wider Telangana region, identified as one of India’s rapidly expanding technology and wealth hubs, home to a substantial non-resident Indian population with a tradition of investing in UAE real estate.
