The Dh130 million Samana Park Views project in Arjan was officially launched on Monday by Samana Developers. The property is near a community park, as well as the Dubai Miracle and Butterfly Gardens, two prominent tourist attractions.
Muhammad Farooq, chairman of Samana Group; Imran Farooq, group chief executive officer; Kamran Farooq, director of Samana Group; and Dalya Lebbihi, general manager of Samana Group, were among those who attended the groundbreaking event.
Following the project’s introduction in October 2021, more than 80% of the whole project was sold out in just four days, demonstrating investor interest. Both brokers and purchasers agreed that Samana Developers’ dedication to developing exquisite lifestyle properties at affordable rates was the main draw for investors at a brokers’ event sponsored by the company.
The 176 apartments of the G+6-storey Park Views complex, which span 183,323 square feet, are designed with water and wellness in mind. Studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments with private pools are available in the residential complex. The project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2024.
“We have been bullish before rolling out Park Views. The project has been receiving a high volume of interest from the investors as well the end-users. I believe the distinct design inspired by the nature and incorporating resort-style living attracted greater interest. This trend is likely to continue in years to come. In addition, World Expo 2020 of course accelerated the demand for our signature properties and helped in fast selling of the project,” Imran Farooq said.
“In the wake of environmental and affordability concerns emerging from the Covid-19 pandemic, which is almost over but will continue its ripple effects, these trends will remain in demand,” Imran noted.

The Park Views project offers a flexible payment plan that includes a 10% down payment, 1% per month for 70 months, 10% in the sixth month, 5% in the 12th month, and 5% in the 18th month. Prices begin at Dh459,000. Studio apartments start at 361 square feet, one-bedroom apartments at 937 square feet, and two-bedroom apartments at 1,301 square feet.
