Yas Island’s Yas Riva villa community—which offers both canal-front and canal-accessible residences ideal for waterfront relaxation—was introduced by Aldar Properties.
Yas Riva is one of the few residential developments in Abu Dhabi with direct canal access, offering residents a distinctive lifestyle. Every canal-front residence will have a private dock, enabling homeowners to take boats out onto the nearby waterways for exploration. With sustainable design features to lower carbon emissions and water usage, Yas Riva aims for a 2 Pearl Estidama rating for the community and a 3 Pearl Estidama rating for the villas. This includes using recycled materials, FSC-certified wood, and low-carbon designs for the villas. Additionally, Fitwel, a certification program for healthy communities, is something Yas Riva strives for a 2-star rating.
All nationalities will be able to purchase units starting on September 13, 2024.
