Leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia and the GCC, Dar Al Arkan, has collaborated with Italian hypercar maker Pagani Automobili, known for producing handcrafted, extremely limited edition cars, to unveil the DaVinci Residential Tower in Dubai.
Significant milestones for both businesses were reached with the opening of the ultra-exclusive Davinci Residential Tower: Dar Al Arkan’s ongoing regional expansion through partnerships with leading luxury brands; and the world’s first Pagani-inspired exclusive spaces were unveiled alongside the bespoke Pagani line of interior furniture.
The AED800 million ($218 million) DaVinci is located right on the Dubai Water Canal in the center of the city, close to some of the best-known landmarks in Downtown Dubai, including the Burj Khalifa, The Dubai Mall, and numerous other upscale residential areas.
With its breathtaking and unbroken views of the Dubai Water Canal, the tower is a veritable sculptured haven amidst the busy metropolis.

The tower houses upscale one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments in addition to a lavish penthouse designed like a globe and fitted with exquisite Pagani interiors.
According to El Chaar, the distinctive apartments offer distinct levels of five-star living, stunning views of Dubai, and impressive common areas. They are fully furnished with lavish décor elements that perfectly capture the Pagani style. The apartments come in a variety of sizes.
These spaces have a gorgeous sky garden, a swimming pool, and a fully functional gym. Everything has been carefully planned and made with high-quality materials.
There will be greater amenities and services available to residents. He continued, “The tower has a grand lobby with round-the-clock security and concierge services.”
