Naresco Contracting has been chosen by Danube Properties to serve as the main contractor for the building of Skyz Tower, a high-rise residential tower with a Mediterranean design and a development value of more than Dh475 million.
In Arjan, near the Miracle Garden and with quick access to the Mohammed Bin Zayed Highway, a 67,837.39 square foot plot of land will be used for the development of Skyz.
The communities of Miracle Garden, Arabian Ranches, and Motor City are visible from the tower. The 1% payment plan offered by Danube Properties along with the inexpensive properties makes it simple for middle-class tenants and end users to buy their dream homes.
8,272 residential units totaling more than Dh5.65 billion are included in the Dubai-based developer’s current development portfolio. It has so far supplied 4,556 units totaling Dh3.63 billion in sales, or close to two-thirds of the portfolio’s value.
The primary contractor is in charge of building a given project in accordance with the developer’s or project owner’s schedule and requirements.
By the conclusion of the third quarter of 2024, Naresco Contracting will have completed and delivered the Skyz Project in accordance with the contract.

129 projects have been completed by Naresco Contracting LLC, while another 20 are in various phases of construction.
