After selling out the first two phases, which each contain 400 units, of South Bay, the master development situated in The Residential District within Dubai South alongside the Expo Road, Dubai South Properties has now opened the third phase.
Over 200 townhomes and villas, a combination of three- and four-bedroom townhouses, four- and five-bedroom semi-detached villas, and five- and seven-bedroom standalone waterfront mansions, are included in the third phase.
The interiors of the townhouses and semi-detached villas will be refurbished with marble floors, built-in kitchens with all the appliances, glass handrails, rooftop access (sky garden), and private outdoor gardens.
When finished, South Bay will have more than 800 villas and townhouses, more than 200 beachfront mansions, a 1-kilometer-long crystal lagoon, more than 3 kilometers of a waterfront promenade, several beaches, a school, a clubhouse, cutting-edge designed fitness centers, and lush parks. A shopping center, a well-known spa, kids’ clubs, waterparks, swimming pools, waterfront cafés, and a lake park are additional features.
