Samana Developers, a Dubai-based company, has announced the opening of Samana Barari Views, its 12th project. With 669 apartments, it is located in Al Barari, one of Dubai’s greenest communities.
The neighborhood, which combines integrated luxury and active eco-conscious development, is home to the first green villa community in the area. It is situated between the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Highway and the Al Khail Expressway.
With a total floor area of over 800,961 square feet, the 27-story B+G+4P+ project is the largest in Samana and the first to be completely furnished with smart-home technology. There will be family-friendly built-in private pools in each of the 669 apartments.

Delivery is expected to occur in the first quarter of 2027.
CEO Imran Farooq spoke at the new launch and expressed his satisfaction with the strong investor confidence in Samana assets, which was a factor in the company’s quick growth.
