The Dubai Land Department (DLD) announced on Tuesday that a block of property in the Emirates Hills area of Dubai had been sold for Dh209 million.
For Dh5,011 per square foot, the 41,704 square feet of land in the Emirates Living neighborhood was sold.
Emirates Hills is well recognized for providing upscale neighborhoods for an affluent lifestyle, and it also has additional upscale areas including Meadows, Lakes, and Springs. In addition to other amenities, these neighborhoods are ornamented with verdant green areas and top-notch golf facilities.
DLD’s data for the day showed that over 430 transactions totaling Dh1.19 billion were completed.
