The biggest publicly traded real estate developer in Ras Al Khaimah, RAK Properties, is commemorating important turning points in its ongoing Mina Al Arab real estate development projects.
The most recent construction updates include the following: All 661 apartments in Phases 1 and 2 of the wildly popular development are sold out across four buildings. With 75% of the construction now completed, the handover will occur on time. The construction is proceeding according to plan.
Construction on Bay Views, a 344-unit urban island residential complex with lush landscaping, protected coastal wetlands, and immaculate beaches, is well underway. Hayat Island, Mina Al Arab is a well-established waterfront community in Ras Al Khaimah. While the sub-structure is almost 70% complete, the enabling has already been finished.
Bay Views, which was already named the “Best Residential Project” at the Design Middle East Awards 2023 for its outstanding architecture and design, offers breathtaking views of the Hajar Mountains and the Arabian Gulf. Its opulent interior spaces blend in perfectly with the surrounding area’s natural beauty.
With 22,854 square meters, Cape Hayat is a posh complex of residential apartments with easy access to the beach. Situated in Mina Al Arab on Hayat Island, the development embodies a harmonious combination of style, ingenuity, and eco-friendliness, conforming to the RAK Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Strategy 2040 as well as the Barjeel Green Initiatives. The sub-structure is 65 percent complete, and the enabling is finished.
Marbella Villas, which are scheduled to be turned over early, are made up of four-bedroom villas and townhouses with two, three, and four bedrooms on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab. The superstructure, substructure, and enabling are finished. 90% of the finishes, MEP, and exterior work are completed.
