The fastest-growing private real estate developer in the United Arab Emirates, Danube Properties, has unveiled two new projects: Eleganz, which will provide 259 stylish and elegant townhouses and apartments at the Jumeirah Village Circle, and Sportz, a stylish 39-story tower that will deliver 1,100 apartments in Dubai Sports City.
Since the developer entered the real estate market in June 2014, Sportz is the 27th project that it has announced, and it is the 12th project that it has unveiled in the previous 22 months. Following the full sale of two of the project’s three towers—the Oceanz project was first announced in September of this year—an announcement was made. Danube Properties’ seventh project of the year is Sportz.

The combined development value of Danube Properties’ 27 projects, which now total more than Dh 15.47 billion, will be 14,888 units when these two new projects are added to the portfolio.
