This month, the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (Acres 2026) will open, showcasing over 200 projects from significant UAE-based real estate development and investment firms.
Acres will take place in Expo Center Sharjah from January 21 to 24 under the patronage of HH Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah.
At a press conference in the Chamber’s headquarters, the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department and the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry made the news.
Acres, one of the biggest real estate shows in the UAE, will draw more than 15,000 attendees and cover an area of over 10,000 square meters.
In addition to exclusive deals, flexible payment plans, and financing options, the event showcases residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including new launches, finished developments, and ongoing projects.
The show, according to Mohammed Ahmed Amin Al Awadi, Director-General of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, demonstrates the Chamber’s dedication to assisting the real estate industry as a major force behind economic expansion.
According to him, the real estate industry in Sharjah is still seeing balanced growth and a variety of investment options due to growing investor confidence.
The director of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, Abdulaziz Rashid Al Saleh, emphasized the sector’s impressive performance, pointing out that during the first nine months of 2025, sales transactions exceeded 24,000 deals and real estate cash transactions in Sharjah reached AED44.3 billion ($12.06 billion), indicating growth of more than 58.3%.
The exhibition has continuously produced positive results, according to Saeed Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Acres 2026 Organizing Committee. The 2025 edition had deals of AED4.3 billion, up 207% from 2024.
He continued, “The expo will feature a comprehensive knowledge program, including panel discussions and professional sessions addressing market trends, investment fundamentals, regulatory frameworks, and applications of blockchain and artificial intelligence in real estate.”
