Leading Indian real estate company Confident Group announced its entry into the luxury real estate market in the United Arab Emirates with the opening of its first project, Confident Lancaster, to be followed by several other projects in Dubai.
Confident Lancaster, which was finished in a record 11 months from excavation to delivery, raises the bar for opulent living in Dubai. Among the dignitaries in attendance at the unveiling ceremony, which took place on March 4, 2024, at The Theatre at Fairmount Hotel, were Dr. Roy C. J., chairman of Confident Group; Rohit Roy, the deceased of the company’s Dubai division; and Engr. Walid Salah.
The major real estate developer, which has over 203 projects under their belt totaling close to 100 million square feet of development, celebrated its 18th anniversary at the same time as its entry into Dubai. Dr. Roy stated at the launch that the Confident group owns and runs hundreds of residential developments in Kerala and Karnataka, as well as golf courses, shopping centers, schools, and resorts.
“As we celebrate our milestone anniversary, our group embarks on a new new phase of expansion with multiple projects in Dubai, mirroring the success achieved in India,” said Dr Roy.
According to Dr. Roy, his team will soon unveil five more projects in Dubai that will be developed either independently or in collaboration with others.
“Our group has the highest number of RERA registration in Kerala at the last count it was 43 registered projects which makes us the largest developer in Kerala in terms of RERA registered projects. In Bangalore, Confident group already owns an 18-hole golf course and is all set to launch its second golf course in Bangalore,” said Dr Roy.
According to Rohit, almost 70% of the Lancaster units have already been reserved by clients. The project was developed in collaboration with Vision Constructions and Engineer Walid Salah. The one- and two-bedroom Lancaster apartments are conveniently close to the Burj Khalifa, Downtown, Dubai International Airport, Meydan, and City Center. They feature roomy floor plans and first-rate amenities.
“Residents of Confident Lancaster will enjoy a host of amenities, including round-the-clock security, private parking, swimming pools, gyms, spa centers, a cinema, party room, barbecue area, and indoor games,” said Rohit.
